This month felt like I was pointlessly running around. I was doing all sorts of things, like translating my old novels into English and whatnot (Those novels are prequels, or rather, the main story of WoY-R. WoY-R is a spinoff from that novel series). 

But I feel like my English skills improved a bit thanks to the novel translation, so I hope you'll look forward to the upcoming WoY-R scenarios!

New character, first Cait Sith [Camrjan-Elye]

One of the new characters I announced last month has been added in this month's update: Camrjan-Elye. He's the first Cait Sith character to be added to WoY-R.

However, he's in a slightly different position and is an unusual character to call a Cat Sith.

The Cait Sith race as defined in WoY-R are [bipedal, cat-like life forms with flat noses and large muzzles, like a Persian cat]. Camrjan, on the other hand, is modeled after a Scottish wildcat.

Camrjan is a young boy, a bit younger than Ranjarma, who ends up living at Frhoidhanath's house due to certain circumstances.

He's in a position that represents the perspective of the common folk. He doesn't have any special abilities or access to information. He only appears periodically to speak on behalf of what the average person in the WoY-R world thinks.

New weapon, new discoveries, new Pahnuy!

This update's new scenarios include a lot of new things. There's a new type of thaumaturgic bow, new revelations, the glorious second form of Pahnuy, and all sorts of other stuff.

The story is reaching a turning point, and the landscape is slowly changing. I can't really go into details on how it's changing, but it's a big shift!

Things I'm Hoping to Add in the Next Update

In the next update, I'm hoping to add a new character: an Eastern Elf Warrior: Male (name undecided). However, I still haven't decided on his name, appearance, or anything else. 

I also need to get around to drawing the character art for the Black Dragon Camilla, but I'm lacking motivation. There's also the challenge of how to fit a massive dragon on the screen to begin with. I need to find a solution to this somehow...

Omake: Tidbit

My tyrannical cat is a tyrant in the truest sense of the word. If she doesn't like how I'm petting her, she immediately starts biting and kicking, so my wrists are constantly covered in scratches and open wounds. What's more, once her bad mood switch is flipped, she goes into combat mode for a while, making it a struggle to calm her down.

The other day, I accidentally discovered a way to instantly soothe my tyrannical cat: simply play [Broad Auditory], one of the WoY-R's background music tracks. The moment it plays, she calms down completely. It's so strange!!

Perhaps the synth sound, which resembles birdsong, captures her attention? Well, if anyone out there is struggling with a hyper-aggressive cat, you might want to give it a try.
